Terms of Service

These terms apply to every order for mobile furniture cleaning services provided by CleanWave in Sunny Beach, Nessebar, Ravda and Sveti Vlas, Bulgaria. By confirming a booking in a messenger, by phone or in person, you accept these terms.

1. The service

We provide on-site deep cleaning of upholstered furniture, mattresses and carpets. The work is done at your address with our own professional extraction equipment. We bring water-resistant covers, eco-certified detergents and all tools. Access to running water and a standard power socket at the site is required for the visit.

2. Quotes and prices

Prices on the website are starting prices for items in standard sizes and condition. The exact price depends on the size of the item, the fabric type and the level of soiling. We confirm a firm price based on the photos you send, before you book. The price does not change on the spot unless you add extra items to the order.

A minimum call-out order of €40 applies per visit. It covers travel within our service area and the setup of equipment.

3. Booking and arrival window

After price confirmation we agree on a date and an arrival window, usually within a range of 1-2 hours. Traffic and previous jobs can shift the schedule, so if we expect to be late by more than 30 minutes we inform you in advance in the same messenger. You help the visit go smoothly by providing parking near the building and access to the items at the agreed time.

4. Your obligations as a client

• Make the furniture accessible: we may ask you to remove small items, electronics and valuables from it before we start.
• Provide access to water and electricity at no cost to us.
• Tell us about any pre-existing damage, delicate fabrics, previous repair attempts or special coatings before work starts.
• Keep children and pets away from the work area and off the furniture until it is dry.

5. Payment

Payment is due after the job is finished and you have inspected the result together with our technician. We accept cash in euro or Bulgarian lev, cards and bank transfers. A deposit is not required for standard bookings; for large orders or peak-season dates we may ask for a small deposit, which is always agreed in advance.

6. Cancellation and rescheduling

You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 3 hours before the arrival window by writing to us in the same messenger. Later cancellations and no-shows may be charged the minimum call-out amount of €40 if our technician has already left for the address.

7. Re-clean guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the result on a specific area, tell the technician before payment or contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will return and re-clean the area free of charge. The guarantee does not cover permanent damage that existed before the service, such as old bleach spots, dye transfer, ink, burns, tears or fabric wear.

8. Drying and aftercare

Most items are dry in 2-4 hours, thick mattresses and dense fabrics in up to 6-8 hours. Drying time depends on ventilation, temperature and humidity. Until the item is fully dry, do not cover it, place objects on it or let pets sleep on it.

9. Liability

We treat every item with professional care, and we inspect fabrics before starting. Our liability for any damage caused during the service is limited to the price of cleaning the affected item. We are not liable for pre-existing defects that become visible after cleaning, because deep cleaning can reveal hidden wear, colour loss or weak seams. We are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of rent or business interruption.

10. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including storms, floods, fires, power cuts in the building, road closures or other emergencies.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any dispute will first be addressed by negotiation; if no agreement is reached, it falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bulgaria.
