Most items are dry to the touch in 2-4 hours: powerful extraction leaves the fabric barely damp. Thick mattresses and dense weaves may need up to 6-8 hours. A cracked window or air conditioning speeds things up, and we can schedule the visit in the morning so everything is ready by the evening.

Yes, fully. We work with certified professional chemistry (Chemspec, Prochem) that is pH-neutral and hypoallergenic. After cleaning we rinse the fabric with a conditioning rinse through the extractor, so no detergent, residue or smell stays in the upholstery: the furniture is safe even for babies and pets. We only ask you to keep them off it until it is fully dry, mostly so it stays clean.

We work across the whole coast: Sunny Beach, Nessebar old and new town, Ravda and Sveti Vlas: hotels, holiday apartments and gated complexes. Travel to these locations is already included in the price, you do not pay extra for the trip. Slightly outside them? Message us, we can usually agree on a small surcharge.

The price is fixed before we arrive. You send photos in WhatsApp or Telegram, and the quote depends only on the size of the furniture and the type of fabric, not on how dirty it is. There are no hidden surcharges for difficult stains on the spot: the number we quote is the number you pay.

We remove 95-98% of common stains: coffee, wine, juice, food, grease, pet accidents, and we neutralise odours at the source. An honest caveat: if a stain was scrubbed with household chemistry like Vanish, the dye may have set into the fibre or the fabric can be chemically burned. We always assess this honestly and tell you the real chances before starting.

No prepayment: you pay when the job is finished and you have personally checked the result. We accept cash in euro, card and bank transfer. Standard bookings need no deposit; only large hotel or multiple-item orders may need one, and we always agree it with you in advance.

Yes. The minimum call-out order is {min} per visit. It covers travel and setup, and if your order reaches the minimum, nothing extra is added.

A standard visit takes 1-2 hours. A 2-3 seat sofa is about 60-90 minutes, a double mattress 60-120 minutes depending on condition, a carpet roughly 20-40 minutes per 10 m². We bring our own water and only need a power socket, so nothing in your routine has to change.

Just clear access: remove small items, electronics and valuables from the furniture and the floor around it. You do not need to vacuum or pre-clean anything, we handle the full process ourselves. On site we only need a power socket and access to water; equipment, pads and eco-certified products are all ours.
